el trasfondo acerca de la batalla de Kislev parece no tener fin. A estas alturas aún descubrimos nuevos pasajes y personajes que tomaron parte en la contienda y que, por lo tanto, deberemos incluir en la lista de ejército. Se trata de dos personajes conocidos por los seguidores del Fin de los Tiempos: Orghotts Vómito de Demonio y Bloab Engendropodrido.

the background concerning the Battle at the Gates of Kislev seems to be endless. We are still discovering new passages and characters that took part in the contest and that, therefore, we must include in the army list. That is about two characters known by the followers of the End Times: Orghotts Daemonspew and Bloab Rotspawn.
Ayer estaba revisando el trasfondo del Fin de los Tiempos para nuestro próximo proyecto, concretamente el libro II: Glottkin, en su versión extendida. Mientras repasaba la campaña que iniciaron los Señores del Pico del Cuerno Helado sobre Talabheim me encontré con este párrafo (la traducción es mía, del francés):
"Entre los líderes de esta tribu [la tribu del Pico del Cuerno Helado] se contaban tres guerreros que estaban particularmente favorecidos por el Señor de la Decadencia. Todos ellos estaban bendecidos con una resistencia sobrenatural y su edad se contaba por siglos. Sus cuerpos no eran más que un montón de podredumbre. El primero de ellos era Orghotts Vómito de Demonio, conocido en el lejano norte como el Rey Bastardo, debido a su naturaleza semidemoníaca. El segundo era la cáscara rellena de gusanos conocida como Bloab Engendropodrido, el Señor de las Moscas, quién había ayudado a Orghotts con sus fétidos hechizos en la Batalla a las Puertas de Kislev, en 2.303. El tercero era Morbidex Nacido Dos Veces, maestro de nurgletes, un jovial guerrero acompañado en todo momento por enjambres de estos pequeños demonios." (EoT: Glottkin I: 58)
Oh sorpresa! resulta que al menos dos de los Señores de los Gusanos estuvieron luchando en Kislev! En el libro II de Glottkin, durante la descripción de Orghotts, también se menciona su participación en aquella batalla (p. 42). Lo que no queda nada claro es si en aquella época ya disponían de sus monturas, los Maggoths, o no. Ya veremos como lo hacemos...
Yesterday I was reading The End Times: Glottkin II preparing our next project, when I saw an unexpected passage. When the Lords of the Icehorn Peak are marching towards Talabheim you found this (the translation is mine, from Spanish via French, I don't have the original version):
"Among the leaders of the Icehorn Peak tribe were three warriors who were particularly favored by the Lord of Decadence. All of them were blessed with supernatural resistance and their age was counted for centuries. Their bodies were but a pile of rot. The first of these was Orghotts Demonspew, known in the far north as the Bastard King, because of its semidemoniac nature. The second was the worm-filled shell known as Bloab Rotspawn, the Lord of Flies, who had aided Orghotts with his fetid spells at the Battle at the Gates of Kislev in 2303. The third was Morbidex Twiceborn, master of nurglings, a jovial warrior always accompanied by swarms of these little demons." (EoT: Glottkin I: 58)
Oh surprise! It turns out that at least two of the Maggoth Lords were fighting in Kislev! In Glottkin's book II, during Orghotts' description, his participation in that battle is also mentioned (page 42). What is not clear is whether at that time they had their mounts or not. So... we'll see...

Imagino que sí que estarían con las monturas tan feas y horribles. O quizás fue un premio por haber participado en esta guerra, bueno ahí teneis espacio a vuestra propia interpretación y gusto!
